Sugar

Within the portfolio of sugar products, today we have specialties sugars, such as Fine sugar, Semola sugar, Flower sugar, liquid sugar, blonde sugar, grade 2, grade 4, quality bottlers, among others, to meet the needs and specifications of our customers.

In addition, we have a logistics that allows us to deliver just in time to our customers throughout Chile.

In turn, we have a trading and trading team that supports and informs our clients about the most relevant variables of the world and regional sugar market, such as its trends and main factors affecting the price of this commodity that in the case of refined sugar is tranized on the London Stock Exchange.

Juices, pulps and tomato pastes

Through our company Patagoniafresh, today we can offer a portfolio of concentrated apple, pear, strawberry juices among a wide range of fruits and vegetables. In turn, we make fruit pulps, peach, pear and apple and tomato paste HB and CB.

Within our proposal to our customers, we offer innovative products, developments and applications. For this, we have laboratories to be able to develop prototypes of innovative products and applications. In turn, our team has the necessary skills to be able to develop alternatives and proposals of ingredients, with a strong focus on natural ones.

Health and nutrition

One of the lines of business we can offer our customers is to develop custom ingredients (Taylormade) to contribute to the products of our customers not only nutrition, but specific functionalities. We have an area of R&D and product applications that allows us to develop product prototypes for different national companies in the food industry.

For this we have an Application Laboratory in our San Fernando Plant. It carries out the creation of different foods and beverages, from its formulation to the applied samples that are then tasted by customers. In the laboratory we can apply aromas, dyes, freeze-dried fruits, dairy substitutes, and ingredients developed especially according to the needs of each client.

Molasses

One of the products we generate from the sugar process is Melaza.

Melaza is a residual honey, viscous, high in sucrose and low in water.

It mainly contains sugar, nitrogen compounds, minerals and very little fat. It is stored in bulk in ponds and is mainly used in the Chilean Levadurera and Chemical Industry.

Innovation

As part of our proposal to our customers, we offer innovative products and product and application development.

For this, we make available to our customers a laboratory to be able to develop prototypes of innovative products and applications.

In turn, our team has the necessary skills to be able to develop alternatives and proposals to our customers based on our ingredients with a strong focus on natural ingredients.
